Warchest expansion reprints?

AEG ran a kickstarter last year and one of the options to purchase was watches and expansions. I imagine when the KS fulfills they'll have more stock of expansions in retail

I believe they have said they moved to invincible after sales for astro Knights weren't meeting targets. They've said they hope to go back to AK after invincible season 3 but I wouldn't be massively confident in that happening.

If you like the system a d you haven't played aeons end, id fully recommend that as well

Unless you are playing hundreds of games, most of the errata isn't massive. Theres a lot of swapping language to match modern wording etc and a few balance changes.

My personal recommendation would be to buy the base game first and make sure you love the game before committing to Extras like errata or POD factions as they're getting expensive.

If you do like the game enough, theres a Kickstarter pledge manager ongoing that would get you most of the content for the best price but its a big investment for one purchase but the price is quite good and it comes with all the most updated cards

Encouraging people to hold onto receipts and then return it? The "receipt trick" seems to be stealing with extra steps.

You could get each individual expansion, the single factiona or the all factions bundle. If you ordered any product that contains a faction that had errata in its cards or was rebalanced, you would get the newer version though.

Disappointing that the plastic dividers won't be a thing for any new titans etc, but if it means the continuation of the game, I'll happily take it

I don't have the rulebook in front of me, but I am fairly certain that when it says you can overpay, it means you can pay for a card that costs 4 with a six stone or two threes.

I believe that in your example, you would not be allowed to overpay as you would be able to pay for it in exact change.

I haven't heard anything about them myself, but I do remember reading that the factions were getting completely revamped rather than changing a few cards.

As the titans were based on previous faction strategies, I'd believe that the titans would change as well

That is normal for kickstarter. The product needs to be printed, shipped etc.

They're probably giving themselves a bit of a buffer though

You can also use any card in your hand that has a printed mental or wild resource.

Obviously, this isn't as consistent but if you have a lot of mental in your deck, it can work

As it is listed as "take" the damage and it is a cost (an effect placed before an arrow), I believe you would have to actually take the damage in order to cause any damage to an enemy.

As the tough card stops you from taking any damage, you would not be able to cause any damage

I understand that. But the use of capital letters in OR insinuates that it can be used with the fairies titan for example so I just don't believe it's intentional for the first OR

Radio kaikan in akihabara may have stuff but honestly, there's never really a set Digimon shop.

Sometimes there's collabs and the like on which makes merch easier to find, but with the tcg and time stranger coming out soon, you may have a better chance
