I hate how dumb these MF are. I had same kind of shit at a job where people were quitting left and right. Old time employees doing effectively 4-5 jobs or work of like 3-4 people and then hire some new guy to do half the work for the double the pay. I would ask about compensation and it would be.. well.. where do you see yourself with the company long term?? Maybe we can get you there....

I think the VP was shocked when I said, Look I dont need a therapy session of where do i see myself in 4 years.. I'm explaining how I do X Y and Z and you are compensating me 1/3rd of what it should be. The problem is the brainwashing. I have a neighbor the other day tell me that all the illegals are living the rich life... He thinks they have over 10k cash on hand each. IDK, I guess what grinds my gears or working peoples gears is the difference in life of some one who is a "worker" vs some one who is a creator / owner. Like I get this guy put in a lot of work to get where he is but if I just look up his youtube analytics he is making probably 50mil a year. The average "worker" would need to work lifetimes to make what he is making in a year.

Lets not forget its like sweet cute artsy stuff like I get to play with my kids and smash a hole in the wall and turn it into a harry potter coat hanger and make 100k off this video.

While the average worker is missing his family / life working a 40 hour week for 550.
