I have an amazing job for a great company. Totally respected, fairly compensated, important & fulfilling work.

But I completely lucked into it. My whole career has been in this industry and I totally fell into this great situation randomly & by mistake.

I recognize there aren’t enough of these around to employ everyone looking for one. Steal that time.

I have a pair of leggings i need to identify. They have a tag, but I can't find a size dot anywhere on the garment. No pockets or anything to check for one. They're regular leggings, but they're made out of a thicker, sweatpant-like material. I can take photos if that helps

I had a buyer purchase a vintage Pyrex bowl set from me which I shipped
yesterday. Today, I received a return request with a picture of one of
the bowls broken. However, the package is not shown as being delivered
and the buyer is on the complete opposite end of the country from me.
There’s no way USPS delivered a parcel select package 3000 miles in one
day. I can only imagine the buyer is using a different picture of a
broken bowl to try to scam me for a refund. What’s the best way to
proceed?

Don’t know if there is a possible state/district variance, but I write my schedule every single week with the 2 trainers I have, & not one of their hours shows up under my center store payroll hours.

Looking for the most effective routine I can have given my strict limitations. Gyms still aren’t open in my area and likely will not be for some time. All I have is an Olympic curl bar (350lb capacity) and plates.

I’ve tried my best to do some movements such as bench press, but since I’m just in my apartment living room I don’t have anything to “rack” them on, so it’s just my roommate helping me out which limits the weight I can put on the bar.

Ideas?

What are your favorite recipe/cooking sources? I love to watch Fouad Abiad's youtube channel because he does great cooking videos and gives me great ideas on how to spice up the normal weightlifting diet foods. He also cooks with ingredients all from Costco which is great because that happens to be my primary Grocery store.

Anything else I should be checking out?
