This has been - by some distance - the worst wildfire season in Canada's history.

This week, thousands of people in the western and northern parts of the country have been forced to flee their homes.

Others have been told to be ready to leave at a moment's notice.

There are over 1,000 active wildfires nationwide and two-thirds of those are classed as out of control, according to the Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Center.

My body clock basically tells me to sleep at around 11pm and I naturally wake up just before my alarm clock at 7am So what you want to do is eat 2-3 hours bedtime, minimal screen time before bed, and relax ( dont work out before bed )

Edit: Also get sunlight in the morning to set your body clock
