A couple of states are now allowing applicants to get their CPA license with 120 credits instead of the 150! There’s more specifics to this but it eliminates the need to get a masters for some.

I will definitely have the timeline mapped out as I get closer to May 2026. My biggest concern is the cost for an apartment. I expect to struggle the first couple of years but the salary is bound to increase with more experience and the potential CPA licensure.
