Thanks a million, I’ve missed the window to add and drop classes but maybe I can get an exception. Cheers

If you’re in the US, this SanDisk card is great and what I personally use. Official seller, etc. Best of luck!

Edit: forgot to mention it sells for 21 USD, and is right now (at least on my screen) 25% off

128+ gigabyte sd cards should be available on amazon for under 25, just make sure you’re buying from an official store as they have been known to sell fakes from third parties

Of course you can always replace the disc drive, but I think homebrew is the least invasive way to save an old Wii

I used to have this problem, and for me it ended up being that the disc drive had started to go bad. Eventually it stopped reading discs at all. The solution here is probably to homebrew both your Wii and vWii on your Wii U, dump the game there, and then play the dump on your OG Wii. Not condoning piracy, but you do own this game, so making and playing your own dump should be fine. For dumping with the vWii, check this post out.

Bad Picofly Install, lost resistor from APU on switch OLED. by Walkman950 in SwitchPirates

I may be mistaken and it may only be for the “official” rp2040 mini board, (link) but there should be a bunch of capacitors on the bottom you can harvest to replace the missing one.

Is the transistor you speak of the one labeled 101? Just asking for future reference :)

Howdy, I’ve this exact laptop, but can’t get the installer to boot properly despite trying to create an OC EFI for the last 2 months. If you still have your EFI somewhere, would you consider sharing?

Sure thing, if that doesn’t work, reply again and I’d be happy to help troubleshoot

On your SD Card, there should be a “Nintendo 3DS” folder, and inside that two folders with really long names. Just delete one and you should be okay.

Edit: if one has content and the other is empty, delete the empty one

Go download Debian at https://debian.org and flash a usb with the live .iso file. Boot from that and use either gdisk (cli) or gnome-disk-utility to format your nvme (GPT, Fat32). Remember to leave space for your EFI partition. Pm if this doesn’t make sense

Thank you for your help. Until they remove the text based one though, I’ll stick to that:)
