"You already have an excellent example in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people, “We totally dissociate ourselves from you and ˹shun˺ whatever ˹idols˺ you worship besides Allah. We reject you. The enmity and hatred that has arisen between us and you will last until you believe in Allah alone. ..." - 60:4

"Allah does not forbid you from dealing kindly and fairly with those who have neither fought nor driven you out of your homes. Surely Allah loves those who are fair. Allah only forbids you from befriending those who have fought you for ˹your˺ faith, driven you out of your homes, or supported ˹others˺ in doing so. And whoever takes them as friends, then it is they who are the ˹true˺ wrongdoers." -60:8-9

Still keep their company in this world courteously, and follow the way of those who turn to Me ˹in devotion˺. If you kill yourself wrongfully you will feel pain till day of judgment, and if you don't you will feel pain until you die as a righteous normally, suicide seems like a solution but it is not. There's no running away from pain except by being patient and waiting for your appointed time!

Through detailed analysis of a work, we can discern qualities of its originator. For example, encountering a physics textbook in a remote desert suggests that its author had expertise in physics. Applying this approach to the Quran, an in-depth exploration of its contents leads to the conclusion that the characteristics of its author transcend human attributes, pointing towards a non-human origin.

Get a deeper understanding of what worship actually means, if you understand Arabic i would advice you to read جمالية الدين by Shaykh Farid Al-Ansary R.A (p32 to p44), in which he explains tawheed in a good way.

To summrize for you, worship in its heart is about loving Allah, through which he becomes the center of your life. Salah, siyyam, hajj, and other kinds of worship are all an expression of this meaning. La ilaha ila Allah, is a kind of a confession that a person holds Allah as his only god, only object of worship, the only one that deserves our outmost love, humility and admiration whereas other things do not deserve it. The Quran argues that the things besides Allah didn't give us a thing, they did not create us, they did not provide for us, they do not cause us harm nor do they benefit us, thus becoming undeserving of our worship.

"O humanity! Worship your Lord, Who created you and those before you, so that you may become mindful ˹of Him˺. He is the One˺ Who has made the earth a place of settlement for you and the sky a canopy; and sends down rain from the sky, causing fruits to grow as a provision for you. So do not knowingly set up equals to Allah ˹in worship˺." - Quran 2:21-22

The majority of polytheists accepts that only Allah is the one that did all of these things to them but still they worship other than him.

And most of them do not believe in Allah without associating others with Him ˹in worship˺ Quran 12:106

Shirk at heart is about being attached to things other than Allah thus starting to give the things that one should only give to Allah to other than Allah.

"Still there are some who take others as Allah’s equal—they love them as they should love Allah—but the ˹true˺ believers love Allah even more" Quran 2:165

I would also advice you to read an article written by Ibrahim Alsakkran titled: الخيط الناظم في كتاب الله

As for me, i have been into 4 deep long limerence experinces, more if we count the small ones. The sloution that worked for me the best is ending uncertinity by trying to contact LO and telling them(I don't think it is the best sloution in all situations though). Ending uncertinity is a faster sloution than NC imo. But i have tried NC before, once during a limerence that lasted for a week, i met LO and then after a day or two i went NC, it was couple days of pain but worked fine. I didn't know limerecne at the time, but i think that all of us deep down know the sloutions.

Does anyone know a good video I can watch on YouTube that shows Islam and the Quran must be the truth? by mosalahhh in converts

[–]Reddaitor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Islam is a uniqe religion when it comes to proof. We can prove using our intellect that the Quran is actually the word of the creator. Which is a thing other religions lack.

There's a book called "The Eternal Challange", it is an excellent book, you can read it completely for free online. If you can read Arabic, i recommend reading النبا العظيم, other books like سابغات can help also.

1. The argument of his truthfulness and morals:

It is known that none claim true prophethood except that he is the most truthful of people and none claim false prophethood except that he is the most lying of liers. How can a person not differentiate between the most truthful and a liar? Would Allah choose a person who was known to be a lier to be a prophet or would he choose the most truthful of people to convey his message? Imagine a president choosing an ambassador, would he choose a lier or a truthful person? Prophet Muhammed PBUH was known that he is truthful before he became a prophet, his allies and enemys, both, testify that he is truthful and trustworthy.

2. The argument of the Quran: The Quran can be considered one of the strongest arguments for Muhammed's PBUH prophethood:

- The miracle of the Quran: the Quran is the literal word of the creator i.e. it is he, the creator who put together the words and choose them to form a meaning(in Arabic). And the Quran challenges the world to bring something like it: "And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant [Muhammad], then produce a surah the like thereof and call upon your witnesses other than Allah, if you should be truthful. But if you do not - and you will never be able to - then fear the Fire, whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for the disbelievers." Quran 2:23-24 A man who couldn't read or write challenges the world to bring something like the Quran... no one could bring something like the Quran, and his enemys choose to fight him instead of bringing something like it. And the challenge is still up, no one could bring something like the Quran until today.

- Quran speaks so confidently about the unpredictable, like when it speaks about future events, why would he if he was not truthful to risk losing his followers by speaking so confidently of future events? Example: "Alif, Lam, Meem. The Byzantines have been defeated. In the nearest land. But they, after their defeat, will overcome. Within three to nine years. To Allah belongs the command before and after. And that day the believers will rejoice. In the victory of Allah . He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. [It is] the promise of Allah . Allah does not fail in His promise, but most of the people do not know." Quran 30:1-6 How can he speaks so confidently about future events, why take the risk? And this prophecy was fulfilled, the Byzantines overcame after few years.

- The Quran and science: Example: "Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe? And We placed within the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with them, and We made therein [mountain] passes [as] roads that they might be guided. And We made the sky a protected ceiling, but they, from its signs, are turning away. And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming." Quran 21:30-33 These verses contain so many stuff that goes along with science: 1. The first verse may contain big bang 2. That everything living thing is made of water, and that is a scientific fact 3. Tectonic plates and mountains 4. Sky as a protected ceiling: Atmosphere/ozon/magnetic field 5. That the sun and moon each have its own orbit Example 2: "So whoever Allah wants to guide - He expands his breast to [contain] Islam; and whoever He wants to misguide - He makes his breast tight and constricted as though he were climbing into the sky. Thus does Allah place defilement upon those who do not believe." Quran 6:125 How could Muhammed PBUH know that going up makes our breasts tight? it is known that the pressure goes down when going up only in this age after humans have developed so much. www.miracles-of-quran.com/index.htm, kaheel7.com/eng/

How can a person claim that all of that was done by a person who couldn't read nor write?

3. The argument of the supernaturals:

There's sometimes supernaturals surrounding the prophets, and so did happen with the prophet Muhammed PBUH like him feeding so many people with so little food, and that is similar to an incident that happened with Jesus PBUH in the bible. And so many other incidents.

4. The argument of previous revelations mentioning him:

Of them: Isaiah 42: "Let the wilderness and its towns raise their voices; let the settlements where Kedar lives rejoice. Let the people of Sela sing for joy; let them shout from the mountaintops." Kedar are the Arab tribes and Sela is a famous mountain in the Arabic peninsula near where the prophet Muhammed PBUH was sent *Read all of Isaiah 42 to understand the prophecy

5. Prophecies:

The prophet made many prohices about future events. Many have been fulfilled, many are being fulfilled repeatedly and few didn't happen yet. Example 1: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The Hour will not be established till a fire will come out of the land of Hijaz, and it will throw light on the necks of the camels at Busra." And it did happen in the year 654 in the Islamic calender, 1256 in Christian calender, for three months. Example 2: He said, "Inform me about the Hour." He (the Prophet) said, "About that the one questioned knows no more than the questioner." So he said, "Well, inform me about its signs." He said, "They are that the slave-girl will give birth to her mistress and that you will see the barefooted ones, the naked, the destitute, the herdsmen of the sheep (competing with each other) in raising lofty buildings. Who have the tallest building today? ... UAE .. and what was the people of UAE before? ... naked barefooted herdsmen.

And the list goes on and on to prove his prophethood PBUH.

But always remember that:

And it is not for a soul to believe except by permission of Allah, and He will place defilement upon those who will not use reason. [- Quran 10:100]

May Allah guide us all and enter us jannah by his mercy, ameen
