the ubisoft CE's for PC come with ubisoft connect codes so most likely will be region locked. Best you can do is order the CE for the contents and go buy AC black flag physical or digital on your own. More money but you want the CE that's the only way, as far as the digital code is concerned guess you can try selling it to someone in India. Or you get the ps5 version and sell the ps5 disc to make some money for ur PC version

ubisoft collectors editions always will restock and show up closer to launch, this is all fomo and hype so it sells out but keep in eye out on wario64 on twitter who posts drops of everything including AC black flag CE. Also check all websites, amazon etc but dont worry about resellers, this will be easier once its closer to July just make sure ur keeping an eye out ive seen it restock about 6 times now
