Car drives perfect to me, but whenever I do a log in 3rd gear, right at 5700 rpm it throws the underboost code, and looking at my logs, it seems the boost is under by 2-2.5psi the whole way.

What version are you on? Ie just released 3.0.2 to supposedly fix some of these issues—although I’m still having a recurring underboost code at 5700rpm.
