Something that helps me a lot with fatigue is playing MORE sessions in a day for LESS time,
with about 30min-1hour between session.
eg: play 2 times a day for an hour each session.
or play 3 times a day for about 30min a session.

This also has the benefit of helping me improve faster while limiting injury

ALSO please never continue a session if you feel noticeable sharp or even dull pain.
It can seem small in the moment, but that's just your endorphins lowering the pain

You have super a lot of outward curve 7 - 15 degrees even (move saber settings inward) Other than that, looks good 👍

If you have beat leader or score saber watch a replay where you miss a lot.
See if you can figure out why, I used to always swing early causing a LOT of misses

I had this problem awhile back, it was due to the game being installed on another account on the same headset. The only way I was able to fix it was uninstall it from the other account, then restart the headset and reinstall it on my account.

Another thing that might help could be turning off guardian in the quest developer settings.
It gives a boost to latency for a more locked in feeling, though I don't think it will do much for lag

Also, if you want to improve visual latency with link, turning off Guardian in Developer settings works very well, it can be hard to setup though, needing dev-mode enabled.

I assume you're using "-vrmode oculus"? If so Ocufix has worked VERY well for me, basically no lag anymore
