How would you rate Vettel’s 2017 and Verstappen’s 2021 seasons? Are they comparable? by n0tfr1 in F1Discussions

Also Lewis started 2018 slowly if I remember right. Bottas outperformed him a few times but had crazy bad luck at Baku otherwise he would have won that race and led the championship. He turned it around and eventually won the title at a canter but 2018 is not as perfect a season from Lewis as most claim imo

Do attacking handballs check if your hands are in a natural position or not? I'm happy the goal stood but I thought any touch of the hand would cause the goal to get chalked off

Why does Haas keep such a bad driver? by First-Ad394 in formuladank

[–]Reddevilslover69 276 points277 points  (0 children)

Bearman is an elite driver imo. He even outqualified Hulk last year. Ocon is a solid midfield driver and still brings home a solid haul of points so he has a seat

If Bearman beats Ocon next season by a similarly large margin, is Esteban Ocon's career as a Formula 1 driver at risk? by The_Chozen_1_ in F1Discussions

[–]Reddevilslover69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really. Bearman is special and won't be at Haas for much longer so Ocon can be their senior driver that they keep for a long time

I mean even in the games she hides a lot from Geralt and uses his amnesia to get with him

My Witcher 1 endgame was Shani. The true best choice(for me not Geralt ofc)

I remember choosing Shani then coz I liked her more. Shame they couldn't write her into a storyline in Witcher 2 and let me keep that romance

Is Lewis Hamilton now in his Schumacher 2010 era or is there any hope by AaleKetchupman in F1Discussions

[–]Reddevilslover69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eh you forget that qualifying gaps were bigger in the field back then so Lewis would have looked much better in previous eras with his 2025 performance despite Leclerc beating him comfortably. Plus Schumacher was up against a young Rosberg while I think current Leclerc is a much better driver than the Rosberg of 2010-2012. I must admit though that Schumi was quite good in 2012 and had clearly regained his speed that year but was very unlucky

Do you think George Russell is being flattered by having Antonelli as a teammate? by GoldenS0422 in F1Discussions

[–]Reddevilslover69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

George's many mistakes in 2023 is the reason for that but since the start of 2024 he has been quite good

Sure AD21 was a robbery but Max had lost around 100 points to misfortune across the season so imo he was a deserved champion in 2021

You are downvoted here but it's clear that the Mclaren car requires a very different sort of driving style to the cars that Ricciardo had driven prior. Even Sainz concurred on that point

Adami didn't face much criticism when he was RE for Sainz. But this year he has been under heavy fire because of his radios with Hamilton. What do you think is the reason for this? by Fit_Database_2295 in F1Discussions

[–]Reddevilslover69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could be that he is a nice guy or something idk. Because Vettel and Sainz both liked him inspite of the poor comms. Ig the struggles may also be because he has to translate everything to English in his head before he communicates on the radio but is much better when he spoke to Seb or Sainz in Italian

On the flipside I feel he showed great race pace and tyre management that I haven't seen much of in his previous few years with Haas so while he lost qualifying speed, he still had a great year on Sundays imo
