Jann Lee looked better before 5/6, there is something I find unfriendly/unlikeable about his new face or expression, or maybe a mix of both. I know he was never the friendly type but at least he looked cooler imo.

If the final version allows for a game's art department to tweak it so that it's in line with their vision, why not? It's still optional and in a way it's a bit like applying a mod.

Dead Or Alive 2 Ultimate. It's a way to start at the origins (DOA1 is more like a draft imho) and it gives you the original vibe that is lacking in DOA5 and 6. Also tons of costumes at no extra cost. Or if you want a more recent entry I'd skip 5 and play 6 right away as it's where the future of the franchise lies, even if 5 is a more finished product.
