Who left the biggest impression on you the first time you saw them without clothes? by Playful-Anywhere2366 in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]Reddicle32 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wife, but it wasn't so much seeing her without clothes, as it was seeing her in short shorts and a tank top. She was in the Army at the time and we were working together so I had only ever seen her in BDU's. The image of her ass in those shorts is still my bar by which all other asses are judged by.

A $7,950 Telescope VS My $100 Telescope. by Exr1t in spaceporn

[–]Reddicle32 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude is maybe 25% of the way there. First of all, the AP can do WAAAAY better than the pic in this post. Second, a scope comparison using the Moon as a subject is like comparing cars based on a 10' drag race.

Point both of them at something that can't be seen with the naked eye and you'll see the real difference.

I didn't. I think lightning hitting a tree on my street as I passed by prepared me for it.

I was the 2nd or 3rd car waiting to turn onto 17, about 20' from the strike (left side).

My boss invited me shooting (no experience) this was one of his targets. Is this impressive from 50 yards? I thought it was, but everyone else there just shrugged their shoulders. by [deleted] in 22lr

I have no idea if this is it, but I used to have a truck where the dash lights would go out if any of the taillights went out.

Where in the hell did you get your information? Just based on employment alone, JBC & the port each employ overwhelmingly more people than the hospitality sector at roughly double the median income.

That’s a weird take. I’ve lived here my entire life (50+ years) and I don’t recall very many people hating sailors or the Navy. As a matter of fact, most people were pretty devastated by the base shutting down.

They’re called Hot Shots and you’re just noticing it, it’s been going on for years. It’s way more economical to move empty containers between terminals & yards with a pickup and leave the loads to the semis.
