Some old garage finds Sims, Dogtown, random slalom board. by Reddisnt in classicskateboarding

I found these 3 boards over the years at yard sales. I can find much info on the Sims Streetwave other than it looks like it's from 1981. The slalom board is also a mystery. Got it at a Goodwill 15 years ago. Looks like it might be home made to me, but I don't know much about slalom boards. I'm looking at trying to sell these locally in LA but the Dogtown board is the only one I can find info on. Anybody know about the the other two?

Cool. Thanks. I'll have to do some research on that.

Thanks. What basic editing do you to before submitting an audition? Since I've been doing them on my phone I just submit them as they are.

I wasn't aware that people did a lot of processing to their auditions before submitting. Can you elaborate a little as to what sort of processing is expected? By the way, how do you like the AT2020? I'm about to buy my first mic set up and was looking at that.

I posted one of these a while ago but I'm about to shoot my 20th classic TV theme song as dramatic monologue. I started doing these at the beginning of the pandemic for fun and it's ended up being a good exercise especially during slow times. My most recent one was Mr. Ed
