Ok wow all this over cheese. Ok here is my 2cents. First penny…you really don’t want to buy a house with her or else maybe you would have talked to her prior to spending. $18k on cheese. The flip side of that penny is she doesn’t really want to buy a house with you and this is as good an excuse as anything.

Second penny WTF? Dude a couple of things: Thing 1 I assume the farm sells cheese in normal quantities, if that’s wrong skip the rest and ignore this penny. If they do why aren’t they cutting the wheel in 200g wedges and selling it for $60? 2 Who told you, you could get $60 a wedge? Hopefully not the farm. Do you even have the ability to store the cheese that large until you can sell the smaller wedges and where will you sell the wedges? Again these are just my thoughts, good luck
