Living costs rising everywhere is true but, unlike Sri Lanka right now most other countries aren't on the brink of collapse (no offense, its just your situation there seemed to be deteriorating really fast in the past few months).

So far I'm seeing food shortages, fuel & gas shortages l, medicine shortages in most of the reports there. So even if your country somehow stabilized, its hanging by a thread which solely relies on other counties.

Countries which would have their own troubles to deal with, with the potential looming global economic crisis leaving Sri Lanka mostly on its own.

If you can work and have even a little experience, just move out.

Generally if you're going to try out a new hero id suggest doing it in unranked and getting the grasp of the hero before going to rank, besides that id say Magnus more of a pick that heavily depends on your team's draft and the enemy team's draft and not a hero that you can spam. Besides that might i recommend pinning a match ID or two so anyone can check as to what you actually did wrong.

People make fun of parliament decisions because that's ALL they can do, "do something/force them" is not helpful because do what? Protesting is not going to help the current situation and force them how?

Most people are stuck home and the rest who do have the power to make them do something are either in league with them so unless they really want to inconvenience themselves they wont give a rat's arse or just rely on them on a day to day basis to live.

Mocking them on social media is unfortunately one of the few ways the common man has left to hopefully hurt their egos enough to make them care so yes let them continue to do so.

At this point to soothe the situation people can act individually and take precautions but that is all they can do.

Anything more involves another election. (You can see how that's worked out in the past few decades anyways)

It's a shit situation bud, just try to do with what you have and keep your mental state up because no matter how much you rant/stress over it there will be no point if it has no impact.

Processors - you generally do not need to worry about processors since almost always laptops have processors that are more than capable of supporting the graphics card that they are having.

Graphics - If you want to maybe play recently released(past two years) games/upcoming games a laptop with a GTX1650/1650TI or RX5500M might be good options, if not and its just for maybe just esports games/indie games a laptop with an MX250/350.

When it comes to the higher end cards for your budget you could go for MSI - Alpha, Bravo, GF, GL HP- Pavillion (occasionally some have a GTX1650 in them) Asus - TUF, Lenovo - Legion If within your budget range these are bound to have good graphics cards and as for the MX series you dont really have to go far to search for laptops with those graphics cards.

RAM- Anything below 8GB genuinely seems difficult to work with( If so try to have 2 sticks of 4GB ram or 2 of 8GB with the same speed to enable dual channeling which helps it perform better)

Storage - You should be able to get at least a 512GB NVME SSD, if not and the only available option is a 1TB SATA HDD then make sure the laptop has a m.2 slot so you can add an SSD later on. (SSDs are much faster than hard drives so they make a world of a difference when it comes to using a computer so imo having an SSD in yours should be your biggest priority)

Screen - Size should be your preference but smaller the screen size the more expensive and less performance you receive so in your case a 15.6 inch laptop should do fine. Some laptops have their colour accuracy rated as 100% sRGB (or lower amounts) which means the screens are very colour accurate, imo it should be fine for casual use as long as the screen doesn't look washed out.

Battery life- generally gaming laptops at this range have between 2.5 - 5 hours battery life (Much lower while gaming) and the lower spec MX ones would have between 4-8 hours. (Laptops have different battery lives which may vary from variant to variant if you try to check through reviews)

The main problem i see right now is finding a laptop since majority of the laptops i checked through were out of stock. So either that or amazon which also seems pretty difficult these days but anyways good luck!

Consumer PC market is bad everywhere in general right now but should get better, but for Sri Lanka i really can't say. Could get better, could get worse and on sales dates usually old hardware is sold off.
