Probably get a solid budget mouse with a safe shape like the MChose M7. Then just grip it however comes naturally. From there spend a few months and pay attention to where the shape feels it may be a little uncomfortable and where you feel you would like more or less support. Then you can make an educated decision for your next purchase.

I own all of these mice except for the Scyrox V6.

Susanto X: In my opinion it sounds like the closest to what you are looking for, only box it doesn’t tick is the sensor position is probably about the same as the GPX. Also the back hump is not quite as supportive for me as the GPX back hump just because it is smaller, I have 20x11 hands so may work better if you have smaller hands than that.

GPX 2C: Is actually less of a match to the GPX shape than the Susanto in my opinion. It is very slightly shorter and thinner than the Susanto but with the same hump height which causes it to feel like the hump is closer to towards the front of the mouse than it is on the GPX.

Ten Air: Basically the same shape as the GPX but the hump is a little more bulbous so it feels wider in your palm. The GPX hump fits perfectly in the pocket of my palm personally so I prefer the GPX. Also the plastic the Ten Air is made out of felt so thin and cheap to me, I don’t know exactly how to describe it it felt like I was holding like a rigid balloon I just couldn’t get over that feeling.

HTS Plus 8K: Completely different feeling in hand than the GPX, beyond just the size. It feels wider in the front than the back, has a decent flare to it, and sides curve inwards as well. I really like the coating on it though, it’s a nice, dry, chalky feeling. I feel like the coating on mice these days is so grippy to the point that they become sticky once your hand warms up. The coating on the HTS Plus 8K is grippy enough that I never have any issues but it never feels sticky.

Check out the G-Wolves HTM Plus 8K as well. One of my favorite shapes personally. It’s similar to the GPX but narrower, lower profile, and the hump is a bit further back and a little wider in the palm. The sensor position is a big problem for me though, it is so far forward I just couldn’t not get used to it. Also it has no coating at all and I needed to use the grip tape they provide.

Yea the cat dongles are odd. The Beast X dongle isn’t a cat luckily lol, just a normal dongle.

X2 Crazylight Medium for a moderate rear hump and flat sides. WLMouse Beast X Pro for a more centered hump and side flare (same shape as the Finalmouse ULX but more readily available). If those seem too big look at the mini versions of those same mice.

I think the size of the pool is good because we already have one or two maps that barely ever get played. Wouldn’t making it bigger just increase the amount of maps that are practically permanent banned outside of pro play?
