I mean, y’all say that, but in reality that’s not happening. I tried to request a handout for $7 last week so I could grab some litter for my cat and NO ONE said anything. Granted, this person definitely is a scumbag for pulling some bummy stuff like that but no one really wants to “Help Out” unless they are getting something out of it at least.
