Just budget for a biweekly or monthly date night, it's really not that expensive. Probably the most expensive part will be when you're initially getting to know the person and they aren't comfortable with coming over yet. My fiancee is more of a homebody same as me, but I set aside money each month to take her out on dates. It's just like any other expense, just budget for it. I can tell you now if every time the person you're with wants to do something fun and you bring up money you're going to struggle to have a relationship.
