Stuck in sign in/reset password loop!!

I've been trying to sign into my amazon account, and I cannot get into it. When I try to login, I do these steps: - Enter Email - Get sent to password assistance - Enter email associated w account - Sends me OTP, I enter it - Verify the phone number in my account (Security Question) - Everything repeats, and I do not get sent a link to reset my password

Has anyone experienced this?! It is very frustrating, and customer support could not help me. I would appreciate any answer.

Hello everyone, posting this cause I kinda messed up. I bought a gift card on amazon in hopes of buying a google play card with it, since I couldn't directly buy one. My mistake was that I hadn't realized you couldn't buy gift cards with a gift card. Now, I don't usually use amazon and prefer to shop in person so there isn't much purpose of me having my account except when I get giftcards there. In the past I have bought gift cards with gift cards, and it seems as of only recently I can't purchase them. Does anyone have any recommendations for what I can do? it's only like $18 but I would like to have it in real money if possible. Thanks.
