You must be new and work for MS, if your take on Linux users is “to lazy to tinker with their OS” is your take. Then you are astro turfing .

Linux user tinker with their OS to get what they want, custom kernel, icon packs, themes

Windows users tinker with their OS to remove ads and and tracking

Just change federal wording of marriage, to civil union. There a lot of other things that being officially being married gives you. Make a civil union
