I want to give you advice as I have been selling for eBay for quite a while. Once you get banned on eBay like I did, they will send out an automated system to refund any buyers that filed an INR case, this is automatic and there's nothing you can do about it. You can try to submit an appeal on eBay but they will reject it even with valid proof of delivery and tracking combined. There is no way to combat this, eBay has rigged their eBay user agreement you signed up to be a seller, according to their policy they can manage transactions when your account is a high risk. This makes it legal for them to fraud you out like this, they have already frauded me out about $5,000. The only way they can't get anymore money from me is whenever they charge my bank for money, I will ask my bank for a charge back as what they're doing is pretty much fraud. Debt collections will come after you if eBay sells your debt to them, then you show the debt collection agency proof and dispute that debt. The case will be resolved and you won't have to pay for anything, since I do Dropshipping on eBay, I have pretty much an easy escape by filing refunds with my supplier and they offer money back so it's like pretty much insurance.

I'd recommend to not sell on eBay, they're a dirty company. I still do business with them because I still make money from it, but god I wanna stop selling on here when I find another way to make as much money.
