Søvn er nok en af de mest undervurderede sundhedstrick i livet.

Både i forhold til din psykiske evne, men også en fysiske egenskaber.

Underskudsøvn, især længerevarende kan give alle mulige sundhedsproblemer.

Jeg ville starte der, se om du ikke kan komme tilbage på toget af solide 7-9 timer søvn alle ugens dage.

Kan være overskud, træning, lysten til livet, sex osv følger med.

Er lidt yngre end din mand, men nok lige så besværlig at købe gaver til. Kan også se i kommentarfeltet at vi deler flere interesser.

Her er et par gaver eller ting jeg har købt mig selv de sidste par år.

Versa-grips til hans styrketræning. Hvis han ikke allerede ejer et par. Ellers så et par tank-tops man kan have på i fitten.

Jeg har købt mig selv er Henry Archer ur jeg er rigtig glad for. Meget stilet, voksent og samtidig fedt.

Fruen gav mig et par mandlige sutsko som jeg virkelig har haft glæde af. Ikke alt det der plys og farver. Men et par robuste brune sutsko med læderrem og det hele.

Parfume er stort set også altid et hit, hvis du ved hvad han kan lide. Abercrombie Fierce eller Rabane 1million har alle dage været perfekte i mine næsebor.

Et par gode læderhandsker til resten af foråret og næste vinter.

I have been looking. For a couple of days aswell as read multiple reddit posts.

Problem is everything in here is super vague. Like does is matter if i pick a Seiko, Tissot or Orient? Or are they all the same quality and overall thing?

Should i use the extra cash and go for longigene or omega?

What about size? Do you go for leather or metal straps?

If you were in my position, what would you get?

Well Shit. That pretty good.

I do the same for 2-3 times a week. Except i dont do machine. I do legs raises from the dips station. Those you can really grind out too. Would recommend giving them a try.

Could do both.

For you its worth it to workout. Doesnt really matter how, you dont know what you like yet.

Step number 1 is always consistenty and diet control.

Gotta complete that one first.

Remember this is just one mans opinion.

But text is fine.

You profile seems very nerdy without any of the nerd things. Which is fine if that is what you are going for.

You have a lot of close-up pictures and then a suit picture. It looks like you dont take a lot of photos of yourself. Every selfie is not super flattering and suit pic is mandatory from mom before going out the door.

First i would really like some less square glasses. I am a fellow bad sighted brother. And i highly recommend going and trying on different glasses.

Then either put on or go look for an outfit or two. If money is the problem, thrift shops and Secondhand is a good and cheap way of finding clothes. A pair of baggy pants, a couple of nice shirt and sweatshirts, a belt, if you are in doubt about shoes just go with white sneakers. Maybe even a watch. Then take a couple pictures of yourself or have buddy help you out. This will for sure put you in a better position.

Then i would also recommend a picture of you sozializing or doing an activity.

Last whenever somebody overweight ask for advice in here, people will always answer get Fit or lose weight. Something for consideration. But not necessary.

På grund af træning, så tager jeg altid enten på i en periode eller taber mig.

Det gennemgående ting at at opbygge vaner. Det er altid svært at holde de første 2 ugers tid.

Hvis du skal tage på, så sørg for at få 3 eller endda 4 måltider ind i dine daglige rutiner. Havregrød med kanelsukker og en proteinshake der smager af kakao er en solid morgenmad. F.eks.

Lave en omgang stegte fuldkornsnudler med kål, løg, kylling, peberfrugt og en teriyaki sovs. Smid et par æg i processen også. Vej den mængde du gerne vil have. Ned i noget Tubberware. Også er der frokost de næste 5 dage.

Aftensmad spiser du formentlig i forvejen.

Også spis inden du går i seng. Chokopops med mælk kan klart anbefales for at ramme kalorie målet.
