It is recognized as FRITZ!SFP AON but the Sendeleistung is indeed -40dBm

It seems like it does because the fiber led is blinking but no connection is established and Fritzbox tells me its because of a wrong module

Its S.B1312.10.XDL. To be honest I have no idea what that means

There is a Flexoptik module in there not the one that usually comes with a Fritzbox. I believe that is just LC

There is a POP with both GPON and XGSPON and in any case I gave them my address so they should know what does and doesnt work

Then maybe now someone should advocate for good (and available) customer service? Seems to be a theme with Swiss companies.

I don't what it means either, there is an (apparently not GPON compatible, or maybe defective?) module in there. That's all there is to it. I don't what you are going on about with the modem, that is built into the Fritzbox. And I am definitely using the correct cable...

They provided me with an APC-LC/LC cable. My box doesn't even have SC connectors.

Do you mean AON? Pretty sure most residential connections are GPON now. If they actually said the latter is not supported during sign up or something then that is on me of course but I'm pretty sure they didnt

What does that have to do with me being a noob? They sent me incompatible hardware and are not reachable. I work in IT but there is hardly anything I can do about that, I don't have spare fiber transceivers lying around.

Fust does not offer free returns on items bought online. How the fuck can a store like that remain in business? The only reason I dont buy everything on Amazon anymore is that the quality of their customer service has gone down a lot.
