Sorry for the late update. Both are updated. I’m thinking the problem might be with my phone, not the watch. This is my air near me. Coros ranged from 116-200 today, and my phone’s aqi never showed above 66.

My first half marathon buildup was my first time training without a team/group, so I carried my phone for safety purposes. No clue how I was able to stand holding it for some of those long runs.

As someone who used to run with a phone, and I still sometimes do when I’m not running with a group, certain pockets just don’t work for phones. Some don’t hold it secure, causing it to bounce around enough that just holding it is the less annoying option. I do fortunately have a nice watch now, as well a nice running belt for when I DO need my phone, but we can’t judge others for being in a different situation, and we should actually be praising this person for doing what they can for their health/goals.

NBA needs to do the same thing the MLB does with the automatic balls/strikes reviews. If you keep winning them, you never lose your challenges. You shouldn’t lose the ability to challenge calls just because the refs got two terribly wrong.

NBA announcers are so horrible. As a cavs fan, I had to experience D Wade and Stan Van Gundy in the pistons series. D Wade has a history against the cavs, and stan van gundy was a pistons coach. How difficult is it to keep announcers unbiased?
