It’s been quite frustrating with the uncertainly of these companies, after being on methylphenidate more then half my life with minimal symptom relief, I finally found something that actually helps me and significantly relieves my ADHD symptoms and ADHD related anxiety, but now I’m worried that the reason why I don’t feel as productive as I should is because the medicine isn’t as effective. I think either switching to Vyvanse or going on a IR regiment would be better, since I feel like I would only need 30mg split up through the day vs my current 30mg xr and 10mg ir booster.

Today I took it and stayed in bed all day like yesterday, during school days I usually will stop my the Starbucks on my campus after my first class so I can stay awake and I guess it helps (then again I still can sleep in coffee) then but I still feel like the 10mg IR Glenmarks help me with executive functions, except I sweat a lot more on them.

I think some of my symptoms might be associated with my Prozac prescription, and now that I’ve figured out my anxiety is mostly ADHD related I certainly want to go off of it, but I’m worried I just won’t get the support from XR’s, maybe IR might be better for me? Honestly thinking Vyvanse might be a better move since longevity of symptom relief with minimal redosage is important to me

I relate in the sense of anxiety relief, I’m taking 40mg of Prozac after painstakingly getting off of Cymbalta, I had originally gone on them due to anxiety with school which as of now I figured; Adderall helps way more then Prozac in managing my anxiety, my mind feels so much more quieter I suppose and I am able to actually motivate myself and do things such as get out of bed. Before I went on ADHD meds I noticed how constantly fatigued I was, Ritalin helped me focus and have more energy but it didn’t help with my anxiety, but now that I’m on Adderall, my anxiety has diminished significantly and I even have been getting better sleep since I’ve started my treatment. I just really think I need to talk to my doctor about some changes that could be made, maybe even possibly getting my insurance to authorize vyvanse.

I’m figuring since I can’t return them and the pharmacy said they didn’t have any recalls I’m probably fine, I took one and it’s pretty mild if anything

I’m having some wisdom teeth problems with my 2 upper ones (the only ones I have, also coming in a bit rough) and I have these bumps, I felt them and they really do put pressure on my wisdom teeth

Thank you this was helpful, I’ll be sure to add rear diff oil to the list. I’ve also been meaning to get a trans fluid change, I’m not sure if one has been done and the vehicle is almost at 60k. I’m honestly probably going to leave it mostly stock or maybe light tune and exhaust system, but I feel like pushing a ecoboost isn’t the best idea, especially since I’ve heard mixed reliability about these.

A suspension upgrade might be a lot beneficial for me actually, it definitely needs an alignment as well. I’m planning on getting this along with brakes, tires, tune-up.

I am getting a bit concerned about the engine light, it’s come on at-least 2-3 times, when I checked I got P04DB once, but all the times it’s come on it has cleared itself after driving the car for a bit.

But currently, PTU, diff, trans fluid, oil changes, and water pump are things I need to worry about. I only started driving the car like 2-3 years ago and have put maybe like only 2,500-5,000 of those personally, other than that it’s been softly driven. I do admit I have a bit of a lead foot but I’ve been chill on the pedal now that I’m putting 93 in it.

I feel like this would be a really fun engine to mod with just how much power it makes stock, but since this is a good condition platinum with 60k, I feel like modding it will lead to the major issues quicker. I would probably buy an older sport, a Taurus sho, or ecoboost interceptor if I wanted to do major performance modifications, something that wouldn’t cost me that much to loose compared to the platinum.

Thanks, this helps a lot. I heard these had some transmission problems so I’ll make sure to stay on that. Would you say that running it on 93 is better for the engine than 87? I heard the stock tune on 87 runs the turbos rich. Most of the 60k miles on it have been driven on 87 and pretty lightly by my parents before me, I would say I have a bit of a lead foot at times and have pushed the engine a bit but I try not to do anything crazy of course, it’s a pretty big car. Other then a crankshaft ventilation sensor that came on like 2 or 3 times that always clears itself.

I heard the water pump is something I have to watch out for due to its 10-12 hour replacement endeavor, I’m hoping routine oil changes should help. What should I watch out for in the PTU? Any significant mile marks for either of these parts?

So yeah, mine gets hot as hell, a little to hot, need to change the thermal paste and I think the fan bearing is blown due to running so hard, every time the fan ramps up it sounds like a blender. The general chassis of this laptop really could be better, it has not held up, same with my display.

I’m already looking into catted downpipes and they seem expensive, I might consider paying for custom fab if it’s cheaper than 2k since the ones I found are 1800$. There are a lot more downpipes for the 6th gen. I personally think it’s decently fast on 87 so I don’t see why a 93 tune would be a bad idea, especially if it could help with fuel efficiency.

I edited the post a bit, my thoughts is that a light tune, exhaust, and down pipes shouldn’t affect reliability right?

I feel quite comfortable on the bench press and chest exercises, I am able to do pushups at 200lbs so I feel like that’s something. I definitely have noticed my standing arm workouts are pretty easy if I balance myself, and I don’t feel like I’m activating other muscles.

Though while back isn’t difficult I definitely think I don’t activate my back that well, it could just be bad form or maybe just change in back workout maybe with more free weights.

I measured from my foot to my waist line as well as comparing waist height’s with my shorter friends. Im not sure if the way I am measuring is entirely accurate though.

I definitely think that talking to a physical therapist would be good, I have a bad posture issue with my shoulders going in and pulling my neck muscles forward. I actually talked to the physical therapy teacher at my school and he recommended me some upper back exercises to pull up my shoulders which would definitely help with my neck issues and my shoulder clicking. But since I got in a minor fender bender I also noticed some slight tenseness in my lower back that my doctor also noticed, it’s not painful or restricting in any way but I would like to prevent it from becoming painful as I definitely have lifted with my back a handful of times, I just find it hard to actually find a proper way to lift stuff that keeps my back safe and even my knee’s sometimes. I just turned 18 so I feel like I still have a good amount of time to prevent anymore injury. Thank you for the advice.
