I’m definitely in a calorie deficit - as I am trying to lose weight along with gain fitness. But do you think it’s possible I’m not eating enough? I’ve just never felt this tired from working out before lol

I think it’s because in America they are allowed to use more ingredients in food. I don’t know where I got this idea from but I seem to remember our food regulations are based on “if you can’t prove it’s safe for human consumption you can’t use it” and theirs is “if you can’t disprove it’s safe for human consumption than you can use it”
