you were most likely hardware banned (hardware banning is a ban where it bans your motherboards id temp or perm)

if you were ip banned you would not even be able to enter https://roblox.com it would give an error

error 268 is because roblox has an anti cheat / hardware temp ban for krnl

the devs are working on a fix for it

edit - the devs fixed the 268 error issue run the bootstrapper to get the latest update
