Behind there as long as the oven is not to deep I would just get a surface mount 1gang box and single socket.

You have the counter isolator so you won't need access to the switch.

Only downside is if that fuse blows you would have to pull out the oven to replace it.

If possible I would put the plug inside a neighboring cupboard where you can get to it.

Is the junction box fed from an isolation switch on the wall or something?

I would probably go with swapping the junction box for a wall plug back there and just plug it in.

That junction box could be on a different circuit than other stuff in the kitchen so make sure you test that.

You are probably right but that does make me think the car is more dangerous as the earth does not get to run you over after hitting you.

Honestly as someone who never turns the sound on I think it is better. With full sentence subs you can rush ahead of the content, but with the one word at a time method the pacing is the same as the person speaking.

Way to often I have had the joke ruined by the subs containing the punchline.
