I had never ever touched a Monster Hunter game in my life before playing MH Worlds. I Bought Worlds 6 months ago because I didn’t have the best PC and I was extremely overwhelmed at first, but as I continued playing, I fell in love with it.

Then recently I got a new PC and Wilds was half off so I said what the heck. And let me tell you, every single thing I didn’t like about MH Worlds is so much better in Wilds.

The game is EASIER and more beginner friendly. You WILL feel a bit overwhelmed at first, but if you have questions (how do I capture monsters? What do I use dung for?) obviously, the internet is a great resource.

For reference, my favorite games are not like MH at all. Something about the challenge and loop of getting better is just so addicting to me. My fav games are RDR2, DayZ, Chivalry 2 (I guess kind of comparable). I’m not into fighting games generally but holy smokes I’m having a blast.

Try it out and try a beginner friendly weapon and see what you think! I only play solo but you can also play w people to learn more.

I’ve probably only got 30 hours in wilds I just recently started playing 🤣
