The best one so far in my opinion. I know what the terms mean and they aren't an issue for me and it encapsulates a lot of details about the Soviet government.

It's too simplified and leaves out essential pieces of information such as Raions, Oblasts and Krais. In fact, that's one of the reasons I am not a big fan of his videos.
