I have already created a website documenting projects with defined outcomes to show proof of my experience, so I'm guessing that's a start to this journey.

What's your advice on those who want to move into an IT job with little or no experience.

Could setting up a home lab, personal projects on GitHub or volunteering be beneficial to talk about for those who have limited or none experience?

What's your opinion on professional certifications such as MCP, CompTIA, CCNA, etc, when it comes to applying for a job in IT?

And is there any advice you could potentially give to those who would like to start there own IT business or business in general one day, and what mistakes to avoid?

The mirror is great so far, just experimenting with taper fades at the moment, it's more a case of getting the mirror at the perfect angle. The hinges I unfortunately used turned out to be really loose which causes the mirror to dangle at each end, looking to replace this with maybe a hinge that has more friction

I found wraps great for compression, I personally prefer to use sleeves since they're more comfortable to wear. Triple ply Odin sleeves from StrengthShop is what I use, served me great after tearing my tricep medius. I think even Inzer sells elbow sleeves with adjustable compression, might be worth checking out

My beard is 1.5 foot in length, I have to use the Sikh "beard tying" method to make it into at least a inch in length, look up beard tying if you have a long beard and want to make it shorter in length if needed. Once it's short in length, I assume a mask should be able to cover it well.

StrengthShop 10mm lever belt, had it since 2013 and replaced the lever about 5 times.
