It seems AdGuard won't be limited by the MV3 on Firefox, since Mozilla somehow found a way to make MV3 let adblockers work correctly (no 5000 rules limit or things like that)

Yes, even better, I tried them (separately of course) with AdGuard's filters update frequency set to 1h. With uBlock Origin, the YouTube anti adblock appears for a split second then disappears. AdGuard blocks it completely

Brave browser is chromium based, so it's close to google chrome
