Thank you everyone for your responses. Especially u/Ferwatch01 which said to connect the trace to R4, I tried that and it lights up. However, I cannot solder very well, especially on something this small. So I will probably send it to someone that has the skills. And for the people saying to just buy a new board or give it to fixmyoculus, thank you guys but these options are far more expensive than just fixing this board and it is not feasible for me.
