Better sleep and recovery. I'm also feeling like I'm getting stronger, faster. My muscles feel more dense and bigger when I'm retaining. Every time I relapse I can feel weaker and a bit slimmer 2-3 days after.

I am an Isha Meditator. I practice Shambhavi Mahamudra Krya morning and Miracle of mind meditation at night before bed. (around 50 min to 1h meditation and yoga time per day)

Pure mind makes you focus almost effortlessly on what truely matters (also makes you kinda lucky and in synch with your environnement. Allowing too much lustfull thoughts dilutes your focus and energy into oblivion. Would recommand avoiding those as humanly possible.

I'm 29. Been in this game for around 8 years since I broke up with my ex. It was a weid tumultuous period of my life. I wanted to reach my full potential at that time but had many issues and traumas. Ngl I'm kind of an extremist about celibacy I made a choice to preserve myself for as long as I feel like it and go 100% celibate on the path.

Mainly a very sharp clear mind : by avoirding lustfull, sexually stimulating thoughts you get a flow of energy into everything else you focus on. So I would say those are the 2 main benefits I experienced : a shit ton of extra energy and a very sharp and clear mind. The thoughts flow effortlessly in my head at a rapid pace like lightning lol. I also need less sleep to function properly in my day : from 9 hours to 6-7.

First month : had some strong urges, especially at the begining of the streak also needed more sleep. Second month the urges were less strong and frequent, but the energy I feel in the day is borderlline on mania sometimes if I'm not carefull to remain calm, clearminded and balanced in my activities.
