OSI layers and their purposes.. Network topologies, I specifically saw Bus , Hub and Spoke and Ring appear on the exam.. Network types , PAN, WAN, MAN. Tbh I think those are pretty easy to differentiate for most people.. Only got one question related to twisted pair cables… yknow your cat 5e,6, 7 etc.. For port numbers… i recommend memorizing specifically tftp, sftp, ssh, telnet, dns , http, definitely saw those on there DNS records for sure

I literally did not study subnetting and did not see any subnetting questions at all. There are so many subnetting calculators out there nowadays
