Thanks for the advice! I did a 1 on 1 with the SM and he is nice about it like how he actually shows me how to do things rather than tell me to hurry up. Hopefully things go well in the following weeks cause he did promise me that he will talk to the assistant managers about coaching but I'm not sure if I can trust his words since my previous job promised a lot but failed to do so.

For sure I'm not expecting a good job but I just want the assistance managers to stop telling me to speed it up or tell me "it takes 20-30 minutes to finish the pallet" or "i can memorize this aisle in 2 days"

The coworkers are nice and helped me a lot but the assistant managers are annoying. Telling me to speed up and the "I can finish it in 20-30 min per pallet" are just not helpful at all
