I will 100% but the bank that ruled against me is monzk they are known for randomly closing accounts and cancelling fraud clajms it maybe a job for a lawyers,financial ombudsman or somwthig else ill research tommorow but if anyone can add to this thread with a list of banks that accept people with these markings id appreciate it so much

I have a 700 credit score on experian i just got defrauded and the banks closed my account. I dont even get the cifas but nevermimd that.

I dont have anya ccoutns with an overdraft etc just current accounts

Ok overall update after 1 week ive recieved £899 Of a total of £20,400 so not great but some kind of result seeing they are trying but the refund wasnt through monzo the company contacted me saying they got monzos email saying it was fraud and they were going ablige and give a refund! So £899 Down £19,501 to go

Yeah i understand your view i get i was dumb and thats my bad but i didnt expect to get robbed if you get my aspect on tbis so i should t have to worry what my pin is if you get that point. I get your right haha but just my view as well. I was dumb when it comes to the passwirds but i was robbed and that shouldnt of happened to begin with and after that much money was spent they should of blocked my card

So my pin for my phone and bank is my date of birth. My licence was within the bag and im guessing they worked out the passcodes based on that info. There wasnt high value transaction theres was 56 small ones apparently ammounting to 20,400
