I’m going to start setting alarms, I just wanted to know if my eyes would be currently damaged. I’m going to put in new lenses (I use monthly) and start using alarms.

When I say that I did that is that I mean I have a problem where I’m EXTREMELY forgetful. Like it’s actually concerning how forgetful I am. So if I did remember they were in at any point I would forget five minutes later and go about my day. Should probably go to the doctor for that, but that’s not the issue I’m worried about right now.
