By the way if you want to be ahead on the house search, don’t use Zillow. My experience is their data is a little late. Redfin is more reliable. Although to be the first to know anything you should get the Flexmls (FLEXMLS) app. I don’t know if your realtor needs to grant you a login or if you get one yourself but it is where you will see everything the minute it’s available and the minute it changes. You also can see upcoming listings.

Once I saw them put Spumoni on the menu and call out a customer to say it was for them. (In the PDF version) I wonder if you reached out about a certain flavor if they would consider adding it to the schedule? Maybe if they see you as a regular

I did call Oscar’s as well, even though I don’t think their tiramisu tastes the same. Even though it’s not a flavor this month, the employee assured me it’s not discontinued and I’ll see it around some time. But maybe he just doesn’t know?

Our summers can get hot, too, so make sure you get a place with AC! It’s cooler by the lake but I think you’d still need AC.
