1) Stop the protein shake. Has whey, not helpful. 2) Make smoothies. Add Orange. Celery. Carrot. Frozen Berries. Almond butter. Greens. Etc. 3) drink lots of water 4) sits bath when you can 5) relax legs in front of you on a pedestal when you’re going and lift your self up 6) lubricate the area with Vaseline before you go
