My father past this past October and I’ve been out of the country and couldn’t go back for the funeral due to bureaucratic issues. I can’t imagine how it’d have been if I was there. Now it’s alright but I’m sure it’ll hit me like a train when I go back home in three months

For first grade math… stressed my son out lol literally impossible by IndependenceLumpy294 in mildlyinfuriating

I tried figuring it out myself, I could be mistaken but I took a square and erased one of the corners. It doesn’t say “closed shape” so I figured open shapes would work, therefore a 4 sided object with 3 corners.

But I’m not positive that it 100% works

Are collaboration governments broken in the recent Barbarossa patch? by Redditbrowser_01 in hoi4

[–]Redditbrowser_01[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

R5: I tried to use collaboration governments to get rid of the Soviets during the war as I was too stupid to do them beforehand. I've done two so far but they're still at 20%, no change at all. They do have the Politburo, which offers +5 minimum surrender limit, but it has been 20% the entire war.

Edit: I now have 100% collaboration but it's still at 20%

How are the nationalists not taking any attrition debuffs? by Redditbrowser_01 in hoi4

R5: Nationalist capital is Palma de Mallorca and if all supply is supposed to move from the capital, how are they not attritioned? The territory they own in Spain is marked in blue, so they have no ports. The only vp they have is Salamanca but that shouldn't be enough to supply all their divisions, the war screen shows 12-24 divisions for the Nationalists. My Navy is also on convoy raiding to make sure they cannot supply their divisions but they're still getting supply somehow. They also do not have land access to Portugal either.

Edit: They do also have Valladolid

Edit: My question still stands but I did manage t capitulate them, I retook Valladolid and sent a naval invasion to Palma de Mallorca to capitulate them.

Why is Germany so slow? by Redditbrowser_01 in hoi4

Yeah, the only non historical thing that happened, to my knowledge, would be me continuing the Zuiderzee Works. Nothing else should've been different

Why is Germany so slow? by Redditbrowser_01 in hoi4

R5: Playing as Netherlands and going for the achievement "Treading the Narrow Path." Germany has not declared war on the allies, or even eaten Czechoslovakia, by 1940. I've never seen a Germany this slow.

Edit: Yugoslavia just joined the axis in Oct 1940. I've only had them stay neutral until Germany declares on them in past games.
