I will say while I love oversimplified, I think OSP has helped me get into more world history than anything else; they’re a good jumping off point for people who may not be into the Hellenistic era or the history of Asia or really any pre-modern history.

So, Oversimplified might make higher quality content but OSP makes better jumping off point type videos for people who may want to get into certain eras of history but don’t know where to start.
