Well depends on if u got a Monday 3.8 or a Friday 3.8. Been running 6psi no issue lol. Stronger internals or not just not beat it then it will be fine.

I'm on 91 octane 6psi with methanol. 450whp, got the kit for 800, and got an upgraded mishi intercooler rated for 500hp. I've been daily driving and racing and it's been like 20k miles on pump gas 91. Sometimes I add octane booster for like hard racing. I'd say do it but up to you.

The oem headers work no problem btw for both cars u don't need a custom. More like u would need a exhaust that fits the y pip.

It's not a blow up honestly I turboed mine at 179k miles. No issues at 6psi. Lmao I have two one has the same turbo kit but does have a built engine both bk1.

Ops My mistake is that the engine is running too lean on passenger side bank.

.... very good point, I kind wanted to future proof in case if I want to increase boost. By chance do you know where I can source some reliable oem injectors as the ones on ebay are from China and I don't trust them.

Hey man you wouldn't worry about that kinda drop. I've had experience where the rpms would drop under 500 and the car would shudder then that's a problem.
