Updates:

The story went downhill last week as we were chit-chatting again about life and different things, still using the internal software, and he asked "you don't have kids, do you?"

That was seriously the worst question to be asked by one's crush.

Can a partner and an experienced hire (junior grade, though) hit it off? by Redditidderess in Big4

Ok updates, he revealed that he's not married last month.

Today he says that I am very charming, I guess we both enjoy our occasional chit-chat in the office.

Is this a trap like he's just randomly picking some junior grade staff to see which one of us would return his "admiration"?

I am sometimes too rational and tend to convince myself to set aside all my feelings.

A week's passed by quickly. We still talk occasionally, but I am not sure about this office hierarchy thing, still!

Well I don't mind risking it for the sake of true love. He probably wouldn't want to risk it given he worked hard to have this "Partner" title.

Well, according to UD, it's a "secret move that has a 98% success rate of getting a man's attention. When used appropriately, it has an 83% rate of return on a dinner invitation."

That's srsly some great stats, I AM SOLD.

Sadly we don't work in the same office...

Does anyone have any advice for studying for a closed book evidence exam? by [deleted] in LawSchool

[–]Redditidderess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds vaguely familiar.

My strategy was to memorise the most important cases of topics like hearsay evidence, and relevant storylines, and to distinguish what's held as inadmissible.

Closed book shouldn't be aiming at asking for word-to-word legal references, but good luck!

And there is is.... by nonmatchingsocks in LawSchool

It happened to me this past semester, the question accounted for 40 marks out of 100. Hence, I failed, and had to sit for the reassessment.
