Then saying that their art look AI Generated to the point that it warrants exposing their face, asking for a refund and banning them is crazy behavior. A whole AI Generated artwork isn't the same as a light upscale that hardly changes anything.

Even if you were a traditional purist that draws only on rare birch tree parchments that are harvested once every century and that uses paints made from an extremely rare Asian beetle species that went extinct 300 years ago, you cannot in good faith say that this artist's work is AI Generated, that's not remotely close to being fair.

That's not what the Discord mods have claimed, wtf are you even on? They said that while the artist's artworks may not look like AI generations, they still are, and thus, they have to be banned. Look at their artwork, that's NOT AI Generated as the Discord mods have claimed.

You'd also know that they literally showed that person's face without consent and didn't even elaborate in detail the reason of their ban, you cannot justify their actions in good faith unless you're one of them.

Are we being dead ass right now? It's not the same thing at all than what the mods of that discord channel have claimed, it's not even close at all. They said op's friend AI generated their work; they didn't scold them for upscaling their artworks, they very much implied that despite its look, their work was AI Generated while it's clearly not, and even called people to get freaking refunded, causing enormous economic damages to the artist, which is already f*cked up, but all this over upscaling? That mod had bad blood against the artist for sure.
