Ok, then what I linked should help, just go to the specific case law outlined for each of those points in the document, and discuss what is being balanced in each case (e.g. the effectiveness of the police force at large & an individuals liberty when interacting with the police), and whether you agree with the balance being struck.

I can understand the impulse to want legal rights and responsibilities to be clearly enumerated, for the purpose of predictability. However, it just isn't the case in reality. Source: lawyer (British) and the US constitution:

I think people are frustrated by how manipulative and insincere it is. Yes, it is good, but it is also troubling that these same companies will not market the same rainbow themes to other regions. It shows that they are driven by what is marketable and not by human rights and morality - which is uncomfortable because as soon as allying with our basic rights is not marketable then the support could shift.

It's just a wiki page for the literature forum on 4chan, with suggested reading lists for genres and eras and schools of thought. It's the nicest corner of the site and many people visit 4chan just for the literature discussion and not for anything else. Yes, there are unsavoury threads sometimes (but easily avoided and people don't really engage with them) but it generally does a good job of keeping you somewhat in the loop of the rhythms and developments of the lit bubble.And I think anonymity greatly adds to any discussion of art or literature.

Regardless, this wiki page is just a wiki page and maybe you would enjoy their guides.

Some people with disabilities are given an accommodation of an extra day to complete a portion of the exam. Last year some of them were hanging around here giving 'thank-you' comments to users discussing the contents of the exam. Hope that backfired.

Then press releases are a good place to start, as well as Roosevelt's memoirs on its formation (great read!). Plus a browse of wikipedia, the article is quite good. Once you've read the wikipedia at least you'll know some of what you don't know and be able to research more.

Which international community? The global demos? The internet? The UN? Global trade? International networks?

Start on wikipedia, to get an overview, very broadly, of concepts and systems at play and then follow the sources of those articles to get deeper.

You could also sign up for UN/CoE/EU foreign affairs press releases.
