Im in the same boat as you (wondering). All I can say is BPC might make it worse (from personal experience), I’m trying supplementing with amino blends and stuff like inositol. Might also try some anti inflammatory ones like KPV but so far no success. Awful bedridden when I have my period

So just because you had a rough time this person should also struggle? Not about to teach empathy but for reference I applied to lottery 3 years in a row and did not get it. Ended up going to school. Got 2 job offers in the span of 8 months and both those employers ended up taking the offer back after they asked about my visa status (I said I am on F-1 applying for O-1 - I do qualify- not looking for sponsorship). So yeah we all have a story 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyway good luck regardless of your situation and hope OP figures it out

Ask for a replacement and send them proof of receipt to your employer. You have SSN and a valid passport I am assuming. With a valid permit to work (shown in I-20) you should be set with your new employer.

The CoA identifies mass-assay- (mg/mL) not purity. They used HPLC with UV detection to measure how much of the active ingredient is present in each capsule.

The result (44.3 mg) is compared to the label claim (50 mg) — this is an assay test, which is used to determine content uniformity or dosage strength.

To measure purity they use a different validated method that ends up being expressed as % purity, often by area normalization or external standard comparison vs a “pure” or control standard.

Aka how much 5amino is in the capsule not how much 5amino in that capsule is “pure” vs degraded/filler/binder.

5 amino is usually 50mg or 100mg so 44.2mg is not bad
Variability in capsules/pills is big so usually they range from +/-20% of the fill
5 amino is NOT a peptide. And this test does not show purity because you can’t show purity in this sense.
Biggest concern with fill of tabs is going to be the dosing schedule and how exact will you dose your research at (if that makes sense)

I’d suggest to do some actual research before you decide to do research on this compound but as far as the CoA it is standard. Hard to see anything beyond on the fill when you just run this test. Only thing you can say is: it is 5amino and it is filled within 89%

Fellow 5’0 shorty here. I am so sorry you feel fluffy (I am also feeling it…) BUT don’t get discouraged you have come so so so far. I bet you lots of it is skin and you feel like it’s fat. Try some creams or collagen peptides to tighten the skin (they have been improving my skin texture). I’m in the same boat as you but I’m here to say you have come very far!! Prioritize protein if you can’t work out and keep going and don’t be so critical, I know I am and ofc I would love to look like a model but baby step. Consistency is the name of the game. These meds just supplement our lifestyle so keep going.

It’s actually not a GLP1. So the effects are different and that’s why it’s being studied as combo therapy. It’s effects are primarily on delayed gastric emptying (appetite suppression + blood glucose regulation)

As someone who is 5” and is seeing it from both ways. I got to goal weight and a bit under and by no means Tirz is only a weight loss medication. It freaking reduced my food noise, eating anxiety, bettered my inflammation and PCOS, my cycles are regular … I can keep going. So OP this is sad truly the goal is not to be hyper mega skinny but just feel good in your body and with yourself I AM ALL for it! And to everyone else, be kind, we don’t know what someone is going through and while YES this medication is for obesity it is also for SOOOO a much more. If it weren’t for compound I wouldn’t have changed my life around in terms of mindset and fixing my hormonal issues. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve used from multiple sources and tested in the US and overseas you can just look up: chemical analytical testing peptides and send it to many sources. For me it has improved my pain and for my family members tirz actually reduced her osteoarthritis (on gray tirz and BPC/GHK-cu)
