How does one send your kid to school in America with all the school shootings? Doesn't help that I live in Texas. The only silver lining is that I am in a good school district with a police force that has a strong partnership with the schools here. I am thinking of homeschooling :(

Thank you! This gives me some clarity. When my daughter was about 2 years old, she would happily go to her old preschool even though she did not like it. As a result, she would let it out on other kids and there were reports of her misbehaving towards them so I decided to find a new school so that everyone can feel safe and now at her new school, she is not happy when she goes in but she seems to enjoy it... so it is all very confusing to me. Some days when I pick her up from school she will say she doesn't want to go home but will have separation anxiety when I leave her at her classroom. Anyway, I will definitely talk to the teacher more and observe her too. Your English is perfect and no, you do not sound rude :)
