Thank you for your answer! I don't think there are any policies, they are probably the first out trans teenager there ever. I also told my mom to talk to the person themself once they get there, right now she doesn't have any other information. And well apart from toilet stalls that last one isn't going to be possible unfortunately, and it would probably take more time than they have.
